Die Städtische Galerie Iserlohn organisiert in Kooperation mit der Fotografenvereinigung „Observe Collective“ das 2. Internationale Straßenfotografie-Festival in Iserlohn. Vom 24. bis 26. Juni werden an fünf verschiedenen Orten im Stadtgebiet Ausstellungen mit mehr als 300 Bildern von Fotografen und verschiedenen Kollektiven gezeigt.

Die Straßenfotografie, die ihre ersten Blüten zu Zeiten des Surrealismus und der humanistischen Fotografie hatte, erlebt seit einigen Jahren durch spannende Aktionen, Wettbewerbe und das Internet eine einzigartige weltweite Renaissance, die Menschen zusammenführt und als Bewegung kulturelle, ethnische und geographische Grenzen überwindet. Diese Form des Austausches hat einen besonderen interkulturellen Dialogs enststehen lassen, der im besten Wortsinn Brücken baut.

  multi-media presentation of Eyeshot Publisher's new book 'Street Fight',
